I. A Message From Carl White:

I, Carl White, am not a financial advisor. I’m not an expert on financial advice or giving you any recommendations. All I’m doing in the section is sharing what I am doing for me, and I share here the ideas that I share with my family when we talk about these topics.

Nothing here is to be seen as a recommendation for you or for anybody. Consult with a financial planner, like I do, and do not buy or sell any stock or make any investments based solely on what you read or hear here. Do your own research and due diligence.

I’m not licensed nor qualified to make any personal “1 on 1” recommendations. The following is just a portion of the plan that I am implementing for my own situation, which is certainly unique to me, as your situation is unique to you.

I will be sharing what I am doing in my own personal portfolio, but this will be just a portion of my investments, as I also own investment homes, invest in private mortgage notes, and coins and metals.

As always, myself (Carl White), or any member (or guest on any given class) that provides content for our website, may have interests in the stocks they/we talk about (if the topic happens to come up in conversation, of course).

Don’t buy or sell stocks based solely on what you hear or see around here, seek professional advice, and that is certainly not me.

Prior gaining entry to the partial information of my own personal investment portfolio, you agree to not hold me or any of the companies that I have an interest in, responsible for any gains or losses that you may or may not have, as again, I am not giving you any personal advise on where and how to invest your money.
