Robyn LaVassaur has spent more than 25 years in the mortgage industry, starting as a temporary receptionist at age 19 and working her way up to become a top-producing originator and executive sales leader. Her career has been built around hard work, strong relationships, and a belief that you don’t have to choose between an incredible career and an incredible life.

As a Next Level coach, Robyn specializes in communication and closing skills. She’s passionate about helping loan officers become more confident in their conversations, strengthen relationships, ask for the business, and create consistent growth. Her coaching style combines high expectations with genuine connection and accountability.

Robyn is also the host of The WILD Podcast — Women in Lending Determined to Make an Impact, where she helps women pursue both professional success and fulfilling personal lives. In 2024, she was recognized as a HousingWire Woman of Influence for her leadership, mentorship, and impact on the mortgage industry.

Outside of work, Robyn is a wife and mom of five who loves spending time with her family and giving back to others.
