It was winter of 2022. From Mar 2022 to Dec 2022 my mortgage business was rapidly declining. Then I heard someone mentioned Carl White then I googled him. Then I found loan office breakfast club and started listening. I decided to join MMA in Jan 2023. I was averaging 3.3 loan/month and today (08-2024) I have 23 loans in the pipeline.
